I recently attended a 3-day PSD workshop (Mid 2021, scrum.org). After a few days of preparation, I passed the exam with a score of 95%.
In this article, I want to share the most important information about the exam and personal tips and tricks on how to master it.
1. What is the exam about?
80 questions in 60 minutes:
- 85% developing and delivering products professionally (questions focused on technical challenges and implementation)
- 15% general Scrum questions
Most important topics:
- CICD / Automated builds and tests
- Test-Driven-Development (TDD)
- Evolving Architecture
- Different types of tests (unit, integration, acceptance)
- Product Backlog
- Sprint Backlog
- Static Code analysis
- DevOps (The Three Wayy)
